"I run a live, cross-platform stock-advisory app that also delivers bite-sized financial lessons to users on both Android and iOS. The front end is entirely Flutter, the API layer is Node.js, and the data sits in MongoDB. Everything is already in production; what I need now is an experienced all-rounder who can keep that stack healthy, fast, and moving forward.

Here’s what the role looks like day-to-day:

• Diagnose and squash production bugs before they ripple out to users.
• Build and ship new user-facing features in Flutter as we expand the lesson library and advisory tools.
• Keep an eye on performance—from frame rate on older devices to query speed in MongoDB—and optimise whenever we slip below target.
• Maintain and extend the Node.js API, including writing clean, well-documented endpoints and ensuring secure data handling.
• Oversee store releases, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps tasks so updates roll out smoothly.

I’m looking for someone with at least three solid years of hands-on Flutter plus real exposure to Node.js and MongoDB in a production environment.
