"I’m building a PC game and need an experienced Lua developer to turn my design notes into fully-functioning gameplay. The core engine is already in place; what’s missing are the interactive systems that make the moment-to-moment play feel tight and rewarding.

Your task is to script new gameplay mechanics in Lua, hook them cleanly into my existing codebase, and leave the project in a state where I can continue iterating without friction. I’ll share the current repository, design documents, and a short feature backlog as soon as we start.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-commented Lua scripts that implement each assigned mechanic
• Any helper modules or small tools you create along the way
• Brief setup/run instructions and notes on extensibility
• A quick test scene or demo level that shows the mechanics working in the current PC build
