"I need a focused tweak to my existing Google Apps Script web app. When the form loads, [login to view URL] should search the “Work Orders” sheet (headers on row 3, data starting row 5) for the matching WORK ORDER ID, pull the CREATED DATE from that same row, convert it to an MM/DD/YYYY string, and return it through getWorkOrderSnapshot.

In [login to view URL], inside the snapshot success handler, that date has to be written into the read-only input with id="arrivalDate" so the technician always sees it after scanning the QR code. The field is strictly display-only and must not be included in the payload sent on submit; all other form behaviour stays untouched.

Edge handling:
• If the WORK ORDER ID isn’t found, simply load the form without the arrival date.
• If CREATED DATE is blank or invalid, leave the field blank.

Deliverables
• Updated [login to view URL] implementing the lookup, date formatting, and return value.
