"I am looking to have a straightforward Android application built with one clear objective: earn ongoing revenue through video-based in-app advertising. The concept itself can be simple—anything from a lightweight utility to a casual game—so long as it attracts downloads and keeps users engaged long enough for video ads to play naturally.

Key needs
• Complete Android Studio project with clean, well-commented Kotlin or Java code.
• Seamless integration of a major ad network’s video formats (AdMob rewarded or interstitial video preferred, but I’m open to alternatives if they deliver higher eCPM).
• An intuitive flow that encourages users to watch ads without feeling spammed; rewarded mechanics or timed access unlocks are fine.
• Basic analytics (Firebase or similar) so I can track impressions, CTR, and revenue.
• Compliance with Google Play policies on ad frequency, data privacy, and family content if relevant.

Deliverables
1. Signed release APK ready for Play Store submission.
