"I’m ready to commission a simple, cross-platform marketplace app that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The concept is straightforward: shoppers open the app without any sign-up friction, pick a category, and immediately see stores in Sri Lanka that fit that theme. Each store card will show its location details and any promotional banners the vendor has uploaded.

On the vendor side, I only need a lightweight console (mobile-friendly web or in-app) where shop owners can log in and publish, update, or remove their advertisements. No customer accounts or log-ins are required—just instant access to listings and ads.

Key flow I must see working end-to-end:
• Customer launches the app → taps a category → receives a clean list of shops with addresses and current ads.
• Vendor authenticates through a simple portal → uploads artwork/text → ad displays live in the chosen category.

Use whatever modern stack you’re comfortable with—Flutter, React Native, Swift / Kotlin pairings are all fine—as long as the final builds pass App Store and Google Play submission checks and the codebase is cleanly documented.

Deliverables at hand-off:
1. Production-ready iOS (.ipa) and Android (.aab) packages.
2. Source code in a private repo with setup instructions.
3. Basic vendor admin interface.
4. One-page deployment guide so I can redeploy ads or categories without touching code.
