"I already have Retell AI and want to turn it into a full-featured phone agent. For inbound calls the bot should smoothly filter and manage sales inquiries, routing only truly qualified prospects to our human team when needed. On the outbound side it must place lead-generation calls, do timely follow-ups, and collect quick customer-feedback snippets, updating the same conversation thread so context is never lost.

Beyond calls, I also need an AI assistant that can pick up routine front-desk work: slot appointments directly into our shared calendar, answer the usual FAQs without sounding scripted, and escalate anything complex to a live rep with a clear transcript of what’s happened so far.
