Fusatech is building a purpose-built platform for medical cannabis clinics and pharmacies. We connect clinic EMR, consultations, prescribing, patient outcomes and pharmacy dispensing into one ecosystem, with AI-enabled clinical decision support.

Our advisory network includes a professor at Johns Hopkins, UK medical directors and experienced CBPM clinicians and pharmacists.

Role

We need a freelance Commercial & Partnerships Lead to help win and manage pilot sites and strategic partners, and to support our early go-to-market execution.

Key responsibilities

Research, identify and prioritise target clinics, pharmacies and strategic partners.

Support outreach and follow-up: research, emailing, LinkedIn outreach and call scheduling.

Help secure pilot clinic and pharmacy partners, coordinating terms, paperwork and handover to onboarding.

Maintain a simple commercial pipeline (CRM or spreadsheet) and keep it current and accurate.

Contribute to the Business, Marketing & Sales Plan and go-to-market launch checklists.

Work with Marketing to refine messaging and collateral for clinics, pharmacies and partners.

Feed commercial feedback from clinics and pharmacies back into pilot design and product decisions.

Hard-working, commercially sharp and comfortable with outreach as well as follow-through.

Highly responsive and reachable within 09:00–21:00 UK time, Monday–Saturday.

Take initiative in suggesting which accounts to target and how to approach them.

Think strategically about which partnerships move the needle and why.

Logical and structured in how you manage a pipeline and prioritise leads.

Data-driven: track activity, conversion and partner feedback rather than relying on gut feel.
