Fusatech is building an integrated SaaS platform for UK medical cannabis (CBPM) clinics and pharmacies. Our system connects clinic workflows, prescribing, patient engagement and pharmacy fulfilment, with AI decision support and full audit trails.

We work closely with a scientific advisor who is a professor at Johns Hopkins, experienced UK medical directors, CBPM clinicians and specialist pharmacies to make sure what we build is clinically realistic and regulator-ready.

Role

We are looking for a freelance Admin / Executive Assistant to keep the team organised, documentation tight, and our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and track meetings with investors, advisors, clinics, pharmacies and internal team members.

Draft and circulate agendas, minutes and action lists, and follow up on open items.

Maintain the project knowledge base and shared drives so documents are easy to find and up to date.

Set up and maintain templates for checklists, onboarding packs, SOPs and meeting notes.

Support creation and upkeep of the investor data room and key company registers.

Keep ClickUp boards tidy: update task status, assign owners, attach links/files and flag risks to the team.
