"I’m ready to turn a straightforward event–planning concept into a polished mobile product that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core of the build is simple: a single workspace where I can set the party name, date, and venue address, then effortlessly handle scheduling, guest lists, and task assignments from multiple screens. Each feature should connect intuitively, so updates made in one area instantly reflect everywhere else.

I also want to include:

- Guest list w/ rsvp checklist (yes/no/maybe) phone number, address, (for invitation send out) - if yes I want it to tick green, if no I want it to black out black with white writing. ✅

- TO BUY LIST / TO BUY LIST /DESIGN /WISHLIST- reminder ✅

- Runsheet On the Day (for on the day - this is important for vendors, what time guests are arriving, cakes are being delivered, balloons, just general things to do on the day. etc.) ✅

- Budget (total, paid, balance,) ✅ add notes


- Mood board (upload pictures) ✅


- Menu - option to add links to recipes (drop down in this area for drinks menu) ✅

- Grocery shopping list (this includes alcohol and other non-alcoholic beverages)✅

A clean, modern UI is essential, but performance takes priority—especially when syncing guest data or sending out live schedule changes. If you can show me past work that proves you’ve already shipped robust, multi-feature apps on both platforms, you’ll jump to the top of my list.

I will supply wireframes and any brand assets; you’ll translate them into production-ready Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack (or another cross-platform stack you’re experienced with) and prepare the builds for App Store and Google Play submission.

I already have a prototype made up that you can reference that I just want to refine and make it look nicer and add some more features in. Happy to discuss further details later.
