Overview

I am developing an internal operations platform for dental service technicians (Sinclair Dental / Medline Sinclair).
The application replaces paper-based workflows, Excel tracking, and fragmented communication with a unified digital system.

Approximately 70% of the platform has already been built using [login to view URL] (App Router) and TypeScript.
I am looking for an experienced developer to finalize the system, ensure full functionality, and prepare it for production deployment.

What I Need

I want the web application to be fully functional end-to-end. All modules must communicate properly, all buttons and actions must work, and the platform should update smoothly with real-time Firestore interaction. There should be no broken pages, errors, or partial features.

Work Required
1. Full Application Stabilization

Ensure all buttons, inputs, links, and forms work reliably

Eliminate broken routes, missing components, or failing actions

Ensure consistent state management and TypeScript correctness

Implement proper loading states, error states, and success messages

2. Deployment and Repository Cleanup

Fix Netlify build errors

Remove unnecessary subfolders created by the generator ([login to view URL])

Clean and reorganize the repository for long-term maintainability

Ensure that the production deployment matches local behavior

3. Firestore Integration Completion

Fix employee database issues (employees not writing/updating correctly)

Ensure "Seed Data" and "Delete Data" features work

Make "Create Account" fully functional (register + store employee details)

Standardize Firestore data models

Review and update Firestore security rules

4. Completion of HARP / X-Ray QA Module

Finish the multi-step inspection workflow

Validate all inputs

Implement required calculations (including HVL)

Generate a professionally formatted PDF output

Save results to Firestore and enable PDF download

Ensure compatibility with various X-ray types (PAN, CEPH, CBCT, intraoral)

5. QR Code Equipment System

When scanning a code, load equipment details, service history, manuals, and images

Add ability to create new service entries tied to equipment

Ensure all equipment data updates in real time

6. Employee Management Tools

Create pages to add, edit, and delete employees

Add CSV/Excel import logic to automatically populate employee records

Assign permissions and roles
