"My WordPress site sits on GoDaddy hosting and has grown a little messy. I want every public-facing page reviewed and polished so the overall user experience feels clean, trustworthy, and professional on both desktop and mobile.

Three concrete jobs are on the table:

• Design & UX refresh
– Adjust themes, colours, spacing, and content layout where needed so navigation is intuitive and modern.
– No new branding is required; this is about tightening what is already there.

• Email deliverability repair
– Right now I’m simply not receiving site-generated emails (contact form, order notifications, etc.). Diagnose the root cause—DNS records, SMTP settings, whatever it may be—and restore reliable inbox delivery.

• Two-factor authentication
– Add Google Authenticator–based 2FA to the WordPress login to curb spam and brute-force attempts.

Access to the GoDaddy dashboard and WordPress admin will be provided immediately. The updated site should pass basic speed and responsiveness checks, emails must arrive consistently, and 2FA must prompt for the time-based code on every login.
