"I need a single codebase that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web so employees and their managers can create, sign, and store safety paperwork without touching a piece of paper.

Core workflow
• Employees log in, pick from pre-built templates (risk assessments, incident reports, training checklists, etc.), and watch the fields auto-populate with their profile data.
• They complete the remaining fields, add photos if needed, and apply a legally compliant digital signature—finger, stylus, or mouse depending on the device.
• Managers receive an instant notification, review the document, countersign, and the file is archived in a secure, searchable repository tied to the worker
• Managers can email these documents to clients
• Employees and Managers can upload their existing safety certifications to their profiles and be able to email these to clients.
• Managers to get reminder emails when a safety certification is going to expire for an employee

Must-have functionality
• Template builder/editor so I can add new document types without a developer every time.
• Role-based access (employee vs. manager) that limits what each user can see or edit.
• Offline mode with sync once the device is back online—many worksites have patchy coverage.
• PDF export and share links with time-boxed access.
• Admin console for version control of templates and a full audit trail of signatures.

Tech expectations
I’m open to React Native + Node/Express or Flutter + Firebase if that speeds up delivery, but I’m happy to hear other stack suggestions as long as the result is cross-platform, secure, and future-proof.

1. Source code with clear README.
2. Deployed web app (sub-domain or staging link).
3. Signed iOS & Android builds ready for TestFlight / Play Console.
4. Brief Loom walkthrough showing main flows.
