"I have this “interesting” project for the Proxima Study website:
1- The website is here: [login to view URL]
2- I want to create an app for it
3- I want to take the “Scholarships” section, and create a separate, independent, and stand-alone website AND an app of it
4- I want to create, fix, and perfect the Master Application page ([login to view URL] ) and create the “Reverse Admissions” process out of it
5- I want to create the “Direct Admissions” process; which is a big story. We will talk about it later
6- Fix the Proxima Study website itself; it requires a lot of cosmetic and coding changes

We will split this project into milestones, and I want to start with task number 4; the Master Application and Reverse Admissions

Website is built in Laravel and vue.js. both older versions, so I need to upgrade (update) them

Apps: in Flutter

The website has databases, and is multilingual

Here is how I pay: I deposit amounts of the total project value that are proportionate to the percentage of work you will do each week. I do not release ANYTHING before project completion

I can treat each task above as a separate milestone, so I can release its payment when it is complete, but nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, will be done before that milestone is complete

In short, if you do not like reading long lists of requirements, or do not have the necessary expertise, you will end up wasting your time and not getting paid for it

Note: the website is hosted on Hostinger. If you know Hostinger, then you know this: they do not have the “conventional” cPanel where I give you a URL, username and password. Instead, I, the owner, must “Grant Access” to your email. That is the only way for you to access Hostinger. On the other hand, this platform (freelancer.com) DOES NOT allow posting emails on their message board. So, here is how we work: AFTER the project is awarded and the first milestone is created, I write to them, get their permission, and send you a copy of it. They usually allow because they know Hostinger
