"I want to launch a complete digital product that includes an Android application and a matching website driven by the same back-end. On the mobile side, the focus is a smooth, native Android experience; the web side must mirror core features while remaining responsive on all major browsers.

Key objectives
• Develop the Android app from scratch, implementing the core features we agree on.
• Build a companion website that connects to the same database/API so data stays in sync in real time.
• Set up a shared, secure back-end (your preferred stack is fine as long as it scales and is well-documented).
• Provide clean, maintainable code and brief hand-off documentation so my in-house team can extend the project later.

I haven’t locked in a UI/UX direction yet, so if design is in your wheelhouse feel free to include it in your proposal; otherwise, we can supply wireframes.
