"I run several WordPress sites—one for exams, another for admission guides, others for country-wise university data—and maintaining them separately is hurting both SEO and lead capture. I need everything consolidated under a single domain hosted on my current shared-hosting plan.

Your first task is a full, verifiable backup of each site (files, database, media). Once that’s secured, import all content into the new root domain, map existing URLs with 301 redirects so no search traffic is lost, and clean up any duplicate pages or plugins.

Design-wise, I want an education-focused theme that loads quickly and highlights lead-generation forms above the fold. Feel free to recommend a premium package or build on a reliable framework such as Astra or Eduma; I’ll purchase the license if needed.

Key functionality to carry over or build afresh:
• Lead generation forms tied into my current CRM or, at minimum, exported as CSV and email to admin.
• Existing Razorpay/PayPal payment gateway (already live on one site) migrated intact and tested end-to-end.
• A simple chatbot (Tidio, WP-Chatbot, or similar) placed on all pages.
• “Find & Compare Colleges” tool that filters by country, course, fee range, and ranking; results should open in a dedicated comparison table.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Zero data loss verified against the backups.
2. All old URLs redirect correctly; no 404s in Screaming Frog crawl.
3. Lead forms, payment checkout, chatbot, and compare tool function on desktop and mobile.
4. PageSpeed Insights score 80+ on mobile for key pages.

Once live, hand over a short loom video or PDF explaining theme customizer, form edits, and how to update the comparison filters.
