"I’m rolling out a complete, end-to-end platform that lets my car-wash business run from any screen. The project covers three fronts at once: a web-based admin dashboard, a native customer app for iOS and Android, and a separate staff-facing app on the same mobile platforms.

Customer experience
• Book, reschedule, or cancel a wash in a few taps and receive push / SMS confirmation.
• Store multiple vehicles, view past services, and collect loyalty points or coupon discounts automatically at checkout.

Staff workflow
• See assigned jobs, start-to-finish timers, and route guidance.
• Clock in/out from the phone so attendance and performance feed straight into the dashboard.

Back-office power (web)
• Drag-and-drop task assignment, live bay status, and productivity metrics.
• Automatic invoicing with tax, discount, and multi-currency support that syncs to accounting exports.
• Inventory tracking for soaps, waxes, and other consumables with threshold alerts and one-click re-order.
• Real-time charts for daily sales, repeat-customer rates, and employee performance.
