"I’m ready to launch a streamlined, web-based support ticketing system focused on one core need: fast, reliable ticket categorization. The application should let users open a ticket through a clean browser interface, automatically prompt them to pick or type a category, and then display that ticket in an admin dashboard where I can filter, search, and update its status.

Please build the back-end and front-end so it works smoothly on any modern browser. I don’t mind whether you choose PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express, or a comparable stack—as long as the code is well-structured, documented, and easy for another developer to maintain. Responsive design is important because the site will be accessed from laptops and phones alike.

While live chat and automated responses are not requirements for this first release, I would like the codebase structured in a way that makes adding those modules later straightforward.

Deliverables will be:
1. Source code with setup instructions.
2. A running demo on your test server for final review.
3. Brief hand-off notes outlining database schema and key modules.
