"I need a full-stack developer who can design and build a task-management application that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web. The heart of the product is a robust Task Allocation engine—people across several departments must be able to assign, accept, and track work in real time.

Beyond that core, I want the app to feel like a productivity hub. Calendar integration should let users drop tasks straight into their native calendars. Collaboration tools—think threaded comments and simple file sharing—are essential so teams can work inside the app rather than jumping to email. Push notifications must keep everyone up to speed, while scheduled Reminder Email/SMS alerts handle those who prefer traditional cues.

An EDOD tracker (end-of-day-deadline indicator) will flag items that slip past their due date, and a multi-department review workflow should let managers hand tasks back and forth without friction.

Deliverables
• Source code for iOS (Swift or Flutter), Android (Kotlin or Flutter), and a responsive web front end (React or Angular) connected to a single backend.
• Clean, well-documented API for user auth, task CRUD, notifications, and calendar sync.
• Admin panel for role management and department-level reporting.
• Deployment scripts or CI/CD pipeline instructions so I can push updates with minimal downtime.

Acceptance Criteria
1. A user can create a task, assign it to another user, set a deadline, and see it reflected instantly on all three platforms.
2. Calendar events sync bi-directionally within 60 seconds.
3. Real-time push notifications arrive on device in <5 seconds.
4. Tasks overdue by EDOD automatically generate an email and SMS alert.
5. Multiple departments can pass a task along, maintaining a visible audit trail.
