"I am ready to finance the full setup of a new mobile application for both iOS and Android, with a six-month window to get the first version installed and live in the stores. All initial costs—servers, accounts, basic tooling—will be covered by me so you can focus on shipping a clean, functional build.

Once the app is published, we will move into an ongoing co-development phase where we refine features together and explore fresh revenue streams. My long-term vision is to work side by side: as progress continues, I’d like you to base yourself in Türkiye, assemble your own local team, and even branch out into parallel projects that interest you. In other words, this starts as a setup contract and grows into a genuine business partnership.

What I need from you now is a detailed project proposal outlining:
• The architecture and tech stack you recommend for a dual-platform release (native, Flutter, React Native or similar).
• A milestone schedule showing how we hit the six-month go-live target.
• Key resources or specialists you will need along the way.

Acceptance criteria for the initial phase are straightforward: the app must pass App Store and Google Play review, be installable by end users, and include the agreed MVP feature set.
