"I have a small recruitment firm. Till now we have been managing leads on Google Sheet, this has many problems. I am looking for a CRM now where we can give Web access to my employees.
We hire for multiple positions and domains for multiple clients. I need a CRM where I can monitor the productivity of my employees and clients both
I will try to explain my Our work flow:-

Step-1 Each employee of ours speak with 50 job seekers everyday approximately. They will take basic details like phone no, email id, last salary, comfortable in shifts, education, which client, which profile they are applying for etc of each job seeker. Out of which our employee rejects approx 40 job seekers and shortlist 10 of them. My employees need to write feedbacks of each job seeker. I need a Shortlist Yes or No radio button so that the job seeker can be moved to Next Step

Step2) We get interviews done of these 10 candidates and we need to track their feedbacks. This is critical step for us and our employees need to update the status and feedback of these job seekers.


Step 3) Out of these 10, only 6-7 give interviews and only 2-3 get selected, we need to update the Date of Joining of the successful job seekers. I need reminders at 12 noon 1 day before of each successful job seeker on my phone no that following candidate has his/her joining.

Step 4) Eventually 1-2 candidate join the company

So as the owner I need 3-4 types of dashboard and reports in easy to use format to track hourly, daily, Weekly and monthly productivity through this CRM.

Report 1) I need to track at all 4 stages of each employee of ours that is how many job seekers they spoke with, how many shortlisted, how many selected and then how many joined

Report2) we hire for multiple clients, I need reports specific to each client of how many candidates were shown and how many joined( from Stage 2 to Stage4 )

Reports 3) total team reports and total client reports

Reports 4) revenue vs expense reports

I need a pretty easy to use CRM, since all employees have laptops, I want to give them web login so that
they can login from their own laptops.

I am also wanting to have a dialer with this CRM where system picks data from Google Sheet/Excel and calls automatically.

I have tried explaining to my best but I am sure there will be some changes when we go live, so I need someone who can at least be with us for 15 days after we go live on this.

A light software and easy to use is the most important factor. Plus all leads should be findable with a search button and editable. Each lead need to have time and date stamp" (client-provided description)
