"I need a web-based reservation platform tailored to our massage center that feels minimalistic and clean from the first click. Guests must be able to pick their preferred room and table on a floor plan—very similar to an airline seat map—so visual accuracy and an intuitive drag-or-tap interface are essential.

On the checkout side, the flow has to be friction-free: credit/debit card processing through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway, with real-time availability locking the spot while the payment completes. When the transaction succeeds, an automated confirmation email should go out instantly; when it fails, the slot snaps back into inventory.

Behind the scenes, the system has to sync every confirmed booking with our receptionist’s agenda so staff never double-book. I also need a customer cardex that keeps the full visit history—dates, therapists, notes—in one place, so our front desk can greet returning guests personally and recommend services based on past preferences. Guests should be able to leave a review after each visit, and those reviews must display on the booking page once approved.
