"I need a complete Rummy game that runs seamlessly on Android phones, iPhones/iPads, and a responsive web version that feels just as smooth on laptops, tablets, or any modern browser.

Core gameplay
• Single-player tables against AI as well as real-time multiplayer rooms and private tables.
• A modern, sleek interface—including lobby, table, and results screens—that scales cleanly from small phones up to large desktop monitors.

Social layer
• In-game chat (table and lobby).
• Friends list so users can invite or join one another quickly.
• Global and weekly leaderboards to keep competition lively.

Technical notes
• One shared code-base or closely matched builds so user accounts, chips/coins, and progress stay in sync across all platforms.
• Smooth animations, fast load times, and fair RNG are essential; I expect typical Rummy rules with valid meld detection and penalty handling baked in.
• Final hand-over should include the Android APK, iOS build ready for TestFlight/App Store submission, and a web build I can host on my own server.
