"I need a lean, mobile-friendly page that shows our current stock at a glance. The page can be written in pure HTML with a little JavaScript for flair, or in PHP if a back-end script makes the XLSX import cleaner—whichever approach you feel delivers the quickest, most reliable result.

Key points
• Users only need to view the data; no on-page editing or adjustments are required.
• Stock updates will arrive as an XLSX file. A simple upload or cron-based import that overwrites the existing dataset is all that’s necessary.
• The table must render clearly on phones—think responsive layout, sticky headers and fast scrolling for long lists.
• Optional niceties such as search, filter or pagination can be left out for now; I want the first version to stay uncluttered and fast.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive HTML/PHP page that lists every record pulled from the latest XLSX.
• Import routine (CLI or web-based) that accepts an XLSX file and updates the data store.
• Clear setup instructions so I can drop this onto a standard cPanel or similar LAMP hosting environment and have it working immediately.
