"Two-way messaging app

I am looking to have a two-way messaging app (Website) for establishing two way communication between people keeping all contact information anonymous.

Message will be started by scanning a QR code ([login to view URL]). The UID will be 5 random digits and when scanned, it will open up a web-page text box. The original scan of the QR code will allow a user to register as the “Owner” and create a title for the item that will be displayed when someone finds or scans the AR code. This user will be known as the “Finder”. If the Finder enters a email or phone number, they can receive a reply from the owner and have a two-way conversation through the webapp. Messages will be sent via email or text or both for the Owner and Finder.

This on this as a “Lost and Found” anonymous message site. I’ll place a sticker on my wallet, when someone finds and scans the QR code, they can send me a message that is has been found, leave optional location pin and leave contact information if they would like to be contacted back

Users and owners should be able to sign in with a link sent to phone or email. Users can also create and account with username and password.

I envision 4 webpages

1) Landing Page - showing domain, appropriate graphics and site stats such as but not limited to:
Total registered users
Total messages sent
Total registered message threads.
Owner/Finder can sign in with email/phone link OR create account with password

Owner should be able to reset password on account by sending an email/phone link

2) User Page – User will have view of all registered QR codes and view, reply, block, unsubscribe or delete messages and/or items. Users could search received message thread for text matches.

User will register a QR code by scanning, set greeting or story message with optional image.

User can set a “Delete messages after X days”

If Finder submits GPS location, Owner can click and map on phone to coordinates.

User could request and create QR codes individually or request from ETSY store.

Owner can add or remove additional people on communication chain for messages.


3) Finder Page – This page will appear when a QR code is scanned. It will have a greeting based upon the initial details when the QR code was started.

Finder can enter message to Owner with option reply email/phone number and optional GPS location.

Possible feature to have finder add an image to the message.


4) Admin Page – Admin will be able to view, sort and search all user data and messages.

Admin can request X URL/UID codes downloaded in Excel file. On the initial scan of the QR code, it will be registered to and owner.

Admin should have method to send emails to Owners and Finders on a group basis and also edit footer information send in email or text messages.
