"I am looking for a freelancer to build a simple e-commerce website using WordPress + WooCommerce.
The website should allow users to browse products, add them to the cart, and generate a PDF proforma invoice for download.
No online payment integration is required.

Functional Requirements
1. Platform

WordPress + WooCommerce

Clean, modern, responsive design (desktop/tablet/mobile)

2. Categories & Products

Around 10 product categories

Each product includes:

Price with VAT

Price without VAT

Stock availability (e.g. “In stock”, “Out of stock – delivery in 15 days”, etc.)

I must be able to add products, edit prices, upload images, and manage stock levels through the WordPress admin panel

3. Languages (Multilingual)

The site must support 2 languages:

Default: English

Second: Montenegrin

Automatic translation required (Google-Translate-style)

Preferred plugins: GTranslate, TranslatePress, or similar

4. Cart & Checkout Process

Users must be able to:

Add products to the cart

Proceed to the checkout page

At checkout:

No online payments

User clicks to generate a PDF proforma invoice

PDF is immediately available for download

The system creates a detailed proforma invoice with product list, quantities, and totals

Email Logic

No email is sent to the customer

A hidden copy (BCC) of each generated proforma invoice is sent to the site administrator

5. PDF Proforma Invoice

Instant download for the user

PDF must include:

Product details

Prices with and without VAT

6. Stock Availability (Inventory Display)

Users must clearly see product stock status:
