"Our property portal already runs on Laravel with Blade templates and Tailwind CSS, yet the interface still feels inconsistent. I want to tidy and modernise the existing utility classes and components, zeroing-in on spacing, layout and overall usability. The Search page is the first priority, followed by any shared elements that surface across listings and forms.

You’ll work directly in the codebase, sharpening visual hierarchy, aligning typography and colours to the Figma files, and making sure breakpoints behave responsively. Pragmatic suggestions are welcome—as long as they keep turnaround fast, because I’d like noticeable progress ASAP and I’m available during AEST business hours for quick reviews.
