"My social-media app is finished, signed, and ready for release; what I’m missing is the entire Google Play release process. I do not yet have a Google Play Developer account, so I need someone who can walk me through creating it (or handle the setup on my behalf with my details) and then take the app all the way to a live listing.

What I will hand over: the compiled APK/AAB, screenshots, description text, privacy-policy URL, and any other assets you ask for. I expect you to take those materials, configure the console, set the correct app-level settings and content rating, upload the bundle, complete the store listing, and submit for review until it is approved and visible in the Play Store.

Deliverables
• New Google Play Developer account fully set up and linked to my payment profile
• App listing completed with all provided assets and metadata
• Release rolled out to production and confirmed live (or specific feedback from Google if they require changes)

Please have prior experience publishing apps—ideally social media or other user-generated-content titles—so you’re comfortable with Google’s policy requirements.
