"I need a full Zoho Creator application built from the ground up that lets three different user groups interact with the same parts catalogue while keeping the experience tailored to what each group must do.

Customer portal (customers only)
• Browse a visual catalogue that shows large part images and lets them filter by Part Category and Type Category.
• From any part card they can add items to a cart, place the order, then – until Stores starts picking – edit or cancel that order.
• They can also check live order status at-a-glance.
• These customers will use the app mostly on mobile device.

Employee interface (Creator login)
Internal staff require the same ordering flow but inside the Creator UI so they can raise orders for their own projects. No catalogue maintenance permissions needed here.
Employees are most likely to use the app on a desktop computer or tablet

Stores Department console
Stores staff keep the catalogue up to date (add/edit parts, set status to In Stock, Out of Stock or Obsolete), receive incoming orders, mark each one as “Picking”, “Ready for Pickup” and finally “Collected”. Stock quantities aren’t tracked and there is no invoicing or cost handling in this app.

Core build expectations
– Separate roles/permissions for Customers, Employees and Stores.
– Clean, mobile-friendly pages built with Creator page designer.
– Workflows or Deluge to lock edits once Stores changes an order to “Picking”.
– Simple dashboard for Stores showing today’s orders and outstanding pickups.
– All data must live in Creator; I will supply the detailed field list and any lookup tables once we start.
- Customer ordering page must include large image with part code, description and option to filter by Type Category and Product Category. This page requires add to cart functionality
- Creator app must suit Version 6 of Creator
- Field drop down and multi select options will be provided along with a full parts list for uploading excluding images. We will populate with images at handover. Sample images can be provided for development
- validation rules will apply for date/time parts can be picked up
- Duplicate parts can be added to the order, however the Unit of Measure must be different when duplicate parts are added to the same order
- customer notifications will initially be via email with plans to use SMS service at a later time.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can log in as each role and see only the pages and actions listed above.
2. A test customer can complete the full cart-to-collection journey without assistance.
3. Stores can add a new part in under one minute, including the image upload.
4. App is delivered as a single .ds export plus a brief setup guide for deployment into our live Creator environment.
5. Hand over to include code documentation, architecture diagrams and explanation notes for any workflows or blueprints created
