Core user journeys
• A patient finds a doctor, books an appointment, and receives reminders.
• After the visit, the doctor uploads an e-prescription that the patient can route to a partnered pharmacy.
Patient can buy medicine & compare price, doctor visit charge, lab test charges.
• At checkout the patient chooses Credit/Debit card, EMI plans, or submits an Insurance claim directly in-app.
• Real-time status updates follow each step so no one has to chase paperwork.

Key build requirements
• Responsive web portal plus native-like mobile apps.
• Role-based dashboards for the three user types above.
• Secure appointment scheduling engine with calendar sync.
• Prescription writer and pharmacy fulfillment workflow.
• PCI-compliant payment gateway integration, with embedded EMI/credit logic.
• Claims module that can push structured data to insurers.

3. Security test report covering penetration, encryption at rest/in transit, and OWASP Top 10 checks.
4. API documentation (Swagger/Postman) and architectural diagrams.
