"I need a secure, web-based finance panel that ties directly into our betting platform and lets me see, at a glance, how money moves through the system.

The core interface is a real-time betting dashboard showing current stakes, wins/losses and overall turnover. Every deposit and withdrawal (para giriş çıkış) must be logged instantly, with the ability to drill down into detailed user transactions. I also want a straightforward way to send funds back to players’ IBAN accounts (para gönderme ibana) and have those transfers tracked in the same ledger.

For insight, the panel should generate downloadable financial summaries over any date range—daily, weekly, monthly—highlighting gross volume, net profit, outstanding liabilities and cashier balances. Clean charts or tables will be enough; I don’t need predictive analytics right now.

Please build the panel with role-based admin controls, two-factor login for security, and well-documented APIs so I can hook it into our existing betting engine later. Final deliverables are the full source code, a short deployment guide, and basic test data that demonstrates deposits, withdrawals, IBAN payouts and the summary report working end-to-end."
