We are building an AI clone that:
• Speaks in my exact tone, style, and personality
• Answers client questions with 100% accuracy using my curated content library
• Integrates into Telegram as the first messaging channel (later expanding to Slack, SMS, Instagram DMs, etc.)
• Maintains zero hallucinations by pulling from my actual content and approved answers only
• Is designed for ongoing refinement and integration into additional workflows

This will be the MVP for our done-for-you AI brand integration service.

Phase 1 Deliverables (Telegram-first)
1. Custom GPT Build
• Use OpenAI’s Custom GPT or API to create a model trained on my content (videos, posts, emails, docs)
• Match my writing style, phrasing, and tone
• Integrate retrieval from a structured, searchable knowledge base (to prevent hallucinations)
2. Telegram Bot Integration
• Create a secure Telegram bot using BotFather
• Connect the bot to the GPT via webhook or API
• Ensure smooth conversational flow with persistent context per user
• Add simple admin commands for me to:
• Pull transcripts of chats
• Flag incorrect answers for retraining
• Force “human takeover” on command
3. Testing & QA
• Test on edge-case questions, objections, and “trick” queries
• Verify accuracy + tone alignment before launch
