"I’m launching an online store that lets shoppers create their own product designs from scratch and check out seamlessly. I need the entire platform developed—from the storefront through to the admin panel—so that everything runs smoothly for both customers and the internal team.

Core scope
• A robust product-customisation interface where users start with a blank canvas, add artwork or text, and preview their creations in real time.
• Razorpay is the primary payment gateway; the flow must cover one-time payments, refunds, and automated order confirmation. (If you have experience with Stripe, PayPal, or other processors, note that so we can keep future expansion simple.)
• A clean, role-based dashboard that lets staff handle Order Management, Product Management, and in-depth Analytics & Reporting without digging through menus.
• Built-in chat: real-time messaging between customers and support, plus an internal channel so back-office staff can collaborate on orders.
• Work-order management accessible to both staff and clients—think status updates, file uploads, and comments tied to each order.
• Responsive UI, quick page loads, SEO-friendly structure, and clear documentation so the codebase is easy to maintain.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can customise a product, add it to cart, pay via Razorpay, and receive an order confirmation email.
2. Admins view that order in the dashboard, update its status, and the customer sees updates instantly.
3. Chat messages deliver in real time with no page refresh.
4. Work-order notes, files, and status changes persist and are permission-controlled.
5. All pages achieve a minimum 90/100 on Google Lighthouse mobile and desktop performance tests.
