"I have an ESP8266 sitting on my bench that I want to dedicate to a pixel-LED lighting project. The goal is to create a clean “panadol” style design—think smooth, calming colour waves rather than harsh flashing—and make everything controllable from a mobile app over Wi-Fi.

What I need from you is the full working package: firmware that drives the pixel LEDs reliably, a simple, intuitive mobile interface (Android and/or iOS is fine—cross-platform with Flutter, React Native, or similar would be perfect), and concise guidance on wiring so I can replicate the build without guesswork.
