"I need a small secure Windows application that captures everything happening on-screen in real time and pushes that live feed straight to an external DVR, which will take care of the actual recording. Real-time performance is the only capture feature I care about—no scheduling logic or motion-triggered events are necessary.

Key points to keep in mind
• Multiple displays may be connected, and the software must be able to stream each one simultaneously.
• The DVR will do the encoding, so the program only has to mirror the raw or lightly compressed feed over the network (RTSP, RTP, or another standard protocol—open to your recommendation).
• Latency needs to be low enough that the DVR sees the desktop activity almost instantaneously at 30 fps or better.
• The final build should run on modern Windows 10/11 machines with minimal CPU overhead and include a simple interface for selecting which monitors to broadcast.

Deliverables
1. Compiled Windows application and clean, well-commented source code (C++, C#, or another Windows-friendly language).
2. Basic user guide covering installation, configuration for multiple screens, and DVR connection settings.
3. Short test demonstrating two concurrent monitor streams successfully detected and recorded by a DVR.
