Design & layout improvements
• Redesign the homepage so it feels cleaner, faster, and more conversion-focused while staying true to our brand palette.
• Tweak the checkout flow—labels, field order, button styles, and any CSS/HTML edits needed—to make the process shorter and clearer for shoppers.

New functionalities & features
Beyond the visual work, I want to introduce small but meaningful enhancements (think custom modules or clever use of hooks) that improve user experience and encourage repeat purchases. If you have ideas that fit Prestashop’s framework without slowing the site, all suggestions are welcome.

Tech environment
The shop runs on the latest 1.7 branch, PHP 8.1, and a standard LAMP stack. You’ll get full access to a staging copy along with Git so we can track every change safely. Familiarity with Prestashop’s template engine, Smarty, and its override system is essential.

Deliverables
1. Updated homepage template and associated assets.
2. Refined checkout templates with tested, bug-free functionality.
3. Any new module or override code, clearly documented.

Acceptance
