"My SaaS application already runs on classic ASP.NET Web Forms and offers three tiers—Free, Basic and Premium. What I still need are production-ready pages that let users move seamlessly from one tier to another and pay securely.

Here is the scope in a nutshell:

• Build a dedicated checkout page that processes payments through Stripe. I also want direct Credit/Debit Card entry via Stripe Elements, so users aren’t bounced to an external site.
• Create a subscription management page where logged-in customers can upgrade or downgrade between the three plans at any time. These actions must call Stripe’s subscription APIs and immediately reflect the new tier in our database.
• Design should follow the look and feel of my current Web Forms site (Bootstrap 4 already included).
• No promo codes or discounts are required at this stage.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user on the Free plan can upgrade to Basic or Premium in a single transaction.
2. A user on Basic or Premium can downgrade or upgrade again without re-entering card details.
3. All webhook events are handled to keep subscription status in sync.
4. Pages compile under .NET Framework 4.6 with no external build steps beyond NuGet packages ([login to view URL], etc.).
5. Clear, commented C# code plus a short README explaining configuration keys and required Stripe dashboard settings.
