Project description:
"I have a completed Figma design for ONE page website that now needs to live on the web. The goal is a pixel-perfect, mobile-first HTML build with no dependency on Bootstrap, Tailwind, or any other framework—just clean, well-commented HTML, CSS (plain or SCSS is fine), and a touch of vanilla JavaScript for the medium-level interactivity I’ve sketched out in the prototype.
The layouts should gracefully scale upward from small screens, and I expect smooth, lightweight animations for elements like button hovers, section fades, and subtle slide-ins that match the Figma transitions. Please keep the code semantic, accessible, and easy to extend; BEM naming or similarly organized CSS is preferred so future edits are straightforward. Cross-browser testing on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge is part of the task.
Other requirements:
1. Semantic HTML
Use proper semantic tags:
h1 for the main page title (only one)
h2, h3 for sections
nav, header, main, footer, section, article, aside
Avoid unnecessary <div> wrappers (“div soup”).
2. SEO Content Structure
ALL text must be real HTML text, not embedded inside images.
No Javascript-only rendering — must load fully as static HTML.
Include proper:
<title>
<meta name="description">
Proper alt="" text on images
3. Mobile-First, Responsive Design
Must be mobile-first
Add responsive breakpoints for tablet and desktop
Layout should pass Google’s mobile-friendly standards
4. Performance Optimizations
Optimize images (WebP when possible)
Minimize CSS/JS — no bloated libraries
Must meet good Core Web Vitals:
Fast load (LCP)
No layout shifting (CLS)
Responsive interactivity (INP)
5. CSS Framework
Custom CSS
6. Clean, Organized Code
Well-structured components
Reusable classes
Clear file structure ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], /img, etc.)
Deliverables:
• Individual HTML, CSS, and JS files for each Figma frame/screen
• Assets exported and optimized (SVG/PNG/WebP as appropriate)
• A short read-me explaining build structure, animation hooks, and where to drop additional sections if needed
If you’ve transformed Figma mocks into responsive, interactive sites before and can keep everything zipped up in clean, framework-free code, I’d love to see examples and get started right away." (client-provided description)
