"I need a lightweight Windows launcher that forces Audition Online to start directly in windowed mode and handles three extra tasks: user login (username + password), automatic patching/updating, and pushing basic match data to a PHP-based ranking / leaderboard site.

Here’s how I picture the flow. When the player double-clicks the launcher it first shows a clean, minimal interface—logo, two or three buttons, a status panel—nothing flashy. The player enters their credentials, the launcher validates them against my existing accounts table (MySQL). If the credentials check out, the patcher compares local files to the remote manifest, downloads only the changed files, verifies hashes, and then boots the game in windowed mode via the appropriate command-line flags or injected config edits. After each match the game client should call a small C++ routine or hook that captures the final score/EXP and posts it to the PHP endpoint so the web leaderboard updates in near-real-time.

Key points for you:
• C++ for the launcher and any necessary DLL injection or WinAPI tweaks to guarantee windowed startup.
• PHP (7.4+) on my web server for the ranking endpoint; JSON over HTTPS is fine.
• Simple, self-contained UI—think flat buttons, progress bar, status text (no heavy skins).
