"I need a rock-solid Android APK that quietly runs in the background on every mainstream Android version and forwards both SMS and voice calls in real time. The app must stay alive 24/7, automatically handle power-saving restrictions, and restart itself after a reboot so I never miss an event.

A small web-based admin panel will let me:
• see every message or call that has already been forwarded, and
• change forwarding numbers, filters, or routing rules on the fly without touching the phone.

Whenever a message or call is forwarded, the user should receive a subtle notification confirming the action; no other alerts are required.
