"I’m ready to turn Align Pro into a fully-featured language-services platform that covers both interpretation and scheduling in one place. Clients will be able to request immediate over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) or launch video-remote interpreting (VRI) sessions on demand, while interpreters receive real-time notifications, accept jobs, and connect instantly. A built-in calendar will handle forward bookings, automatically matching assignments by language pair, qualification, and availability.

The system must run seamlessly on the web, mobile (iOS & Android), and desktop—leveraging a shared code base wherever practical. I’m envisioning a secure API layer, WebRTC or a PSTN bridge for live communications, role-based access, usage tracking, automated invoicing, and dashboard analytics for both clients and interpreters.

• Source code in Git with clean documentation and unit tests
• Staging and production deployments, fully configured and secured
