"I’m planning to release a brand-new strategy title for the FC mobile platform and need a developer who can take it from concept to a playable build. The core experience I’m after is classic, session-based strategy gameplay that feels intuitive on touch screens yet offers enough depth to keep players thinking several moves ahead.

Key priorities
• Platform: FC mobile (Android & iOS) with smooth performance on mid-range devices
• Genre: Pure strategy mechanics—think base building, resource management, and tactical combat rather than twitch action
• Signature feature: a roster of unlockable, upgradable special characters that bring unique abilities to each battle

I already have rough sketches for a handful of characters and a basic progression loop in mind, but I’m open to your ideas on art style, UI flow, and monetisation hooks as long as they respect fair-play principles.

Deliverables
1. A fully functional prototype that demonstrates the strategic loop and at least three distinct special characters
2. Source code and assets organised for easy future iteration (Unity or Unreal preferred, but I’m flexible if you make a strong case for another engine)
3. Brief build & deployment guide so I can publish internal test builds through TestFlight and Google Play Console

Acceptance criteria
• Smooth, bug-free gameplay on both iOS 14+ and Android 9+
• Clear differentiation in each character’s abilities and a simple UI for selecting them pre-battle
• Round-tripping all art assets without quality loss and adhering to platform icon/launch-screen requirements
