"I’m building a browser-based quiz application focused on multiple-choice questions, and I want every participant to sign up with a personal account before they can play. The core of the job is a clean, responsive web interface for taking quizzes, plus the underlying user-management and scoring logic.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A modern, responsive Web UI where users can browse available quizzes, answer multiple-choice questions, and review their scores
• Secure account creation, login, and password-reset flows (email verification preferred)
• An admin-friendly way to add, edit, and delete questions and quizzes
• Persistent storage for user data, questions, answers, and results
• Clear deployment instructions so I can host the finished app on my own server

Tech stack is flexible, but please propose something mainstream—React, Vue, or Svelte paired with Node, Django, or Laravel are all fine as long as the final code is well-structured and documented.
