The core concept is an app (bukan website atau layanan konsultasi) that rewards users for simple, repeatable actions—think micro-tasks, surveys, watch-to-earn videos, referral bonuses, or any other creative mechanism you can suggest.

What I need from you:
• Shape the product strategy with me, clarifying the primary earning methods, user flow, and reward logic.
• Design a clean, modern Android UI that feels reliable and transparent to new users.
• Build the full Android application (Kotlin or Java), integrate secure account creation, task tracking, real-time balance updates, and an automated payout process through popular e-wallets or bank transfer APIs available in Indonesia.
• Implement a lightweight admin dashboard so I can approve tasks, manage offers, and review payouts without touching the code.
• Deliver all source code, documentation, and an install-ready APK.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Smooth onboarding and task completion flow tested on at least two recent Android OS versions.
2. No manual intervention needed to calculate or disburse user rewards.
3. Clear, commented codebase that I can hand over to another developer in the future.
