"I have a polished Figma layout for a single-page homepage and need it rebuilt as clean, production-ready code. The stack is straightforward: Bootstrap for the grid and components, vanilla JavaScript for behaviour, and a touch of GSAP or similar for advanced animations and transitions that replicate the micro-interactions shown in the design.

The page must render flawlessly across all modern browsers and scale smoothly from mobile screens right up to large 4K monitors. Every breakpoint, hover state, and animation timeline has already been mapped out in Figma; the task is to translate that vision into lightweight, maintainable HTML, SCSS, and JS.

Acceptance criteria
• Pixel-perfect match with the Figma file
• Bootstrap 5 utility classes where applicable, custom SCSS for anything bespoke
• Smooth, hardware-accelerated animations with no jank or layout shift
• Fully responsive: mobile, tablet, desktop, ultra-wide
