"I’m building a consumer-friendly price comparison website that lets visitors evaluate plans for mobile (SIM-only first, then SIM + smartphone), home internet, and health insurance from a single, responsive interface.

Users should be able to filter by monthly cost, data allowance, contract length, and any extra perks, then see the best-value deals in real time. Once that is live, I want to roll the same logic out to the other categories with a consistent look and feel.

Deliverables
• Responsive front end optimised for mobile and desktop
• Fully functional comparison module for SIM-only at launch, followed by modules for SIM + smartphone, home internet, and health insurance
• Simple admin panel where I can add, edit, or bulk-import plan data (CSV or API) and set ranking rules
• Clear, well-commented codebase that I can maintain or extend later

Acceptance criteria
– SIM-only tool live and tested end-to-end with at least ten sample providers
– Page load times under two seconds on 4G
– Search, filter, and sort actions return results instantly without page refresh
– Clean UX/UI that matches modern comparison sites and passes basic accessibility checks
