"I have a fully-finished static HTML multipage site and need it rebuilt on WordPress while preserving every visual and functional detail. The layout, typography, colours, images, links, and responsive behaviour should look and feel exactly the same—no redesign, no new features, just a faithful replication. I’ll take care of hosting and final deployment once you hand over the completed WordPress package.
