The core idea is to streamline everyday tasks—think quick access to frequently used resources, organized data entry, and time-saving automations—yet I’m deliberately leaving the feature set flexible so you can propose the most efficient approach.

Here’s what I expect:
• A standalone Windows installer, free of external dependencies for the end user
• Clean, well-commented source code handed over on completion
• Brief user guide or inline help so any non-technical colleague can start using the tool immediately

I’m open to your preferred tech stack, whether that’s C#/.NET (WinForms or WPF), Electron, or another modern framework, as long as performance remains smooth on current Windows versions. If you have past examples of Windows productivity utilities, please reference them so I can gauge UI clarity and workflow logic.
