"I need a full-stack partner to create a complete courier platform—native iOS and Android apps plus a browser-based admin console—modelled after Bolt Delivery, Glovo Express or Gokada Dispatch. Core flow is simple: customers book a pickup, pay securely by credit or debit card, watch the parcel move on a live map, and receive automatic push/SMS updates until delivery is confirmed. Couriers work from their own app to accept jobs, navigate, and update status, while I monitor everything in real time from a web dashboard.

Key requirements
• Real-time GPS tracking that refreshes smoothly without draining battery.
• Multiple delivery options (on-demand, scheduled, multi-stop) with dynamic pricing.
• Automated notifications at every status change.
• Three user roles—Customer, Courier and Admin—each with its own login and feature set.
• Card-based payments through Stripe, Paystack or a similarly robust gateway.
• Scalable back-end API with clean documentation so future integrations are painless.
