"I need a seasoned mobile developer—or a small, well-coordinated team—to bring my end-to-end courier service to life on both iOS and Android. The project covers three interconnected parts:

• Customer app: users must be able to book parcel pickups, see real-time shipment tracking on a map, and complete in-app payments.
• Driver app: drivers will receive, accept, and manage delivery requests, update status checkpoints, and capture proof of delivery.
• Admin dashboard: from one web console I should be able to oversee active orders, assign or reassign drivers, adjust pricing zones, and view basic analytics.

I’m open to whether you build natively or with a robust cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native—as long as performance is smooth and both app stores approve the build.

Key expectations
– Clean, modular source code with API documentation
– Secure user authentication and role-based access
– Integration with maps and push notifications (you can suggest the best provider)
– Staging and production builds uploaded to TestFlight, Google Play Console, and my hosting of choice
– A short hand-off session walking me through deployment and admin controls
