"I need a developer who can take an Android-only concept and lui it into a working mobile application. You and I will start by refining the functional requirements, then move through UI implementation, back-end or API hookups (if they prove necessary), rigorous device testing and finally packaging the build for Google Play release.

Kotlin or modern Java inside Android Studio is preferred so the project stays future-proof. Clean, well-commented code checked into Git is a must, along with a short hand-off document so I can keep maintaining the project once it’s live.

• Signed APK/AAB ready for Play Console upload
• Brief setup & maintenance guide

Acceptance criteria
